Virtual visits allow you to directly access your doctor from anywhere.

Smartphone users will see a pop-up asking for permissions;

simply click “Connect” or “Allow,” and a secure web page will launch where you can chat with your doctor just like texting.

You may be asked to fill out various forms and surveys, which will appear as a document icon.

Simply click the icon, complete the form, and hit “Submit.”

You will be asked to start a video chat; when prompted, select the green “Yes” button on your screen to connect.

Both iPhone and Android users will see a prompt asking for permission to use the camera and microphone.

Please select “Allow” and ensure your volume is turned on so you can hear your physician.

If other care team members are needed, you will be seamlessly transitioned to them without starting another call.
