This Privacy Policy explains how QliqSOFT, Inc. collects, uses, and discloses information from website visitors, job applicants, and our current or prospective clients (“clients” or “you”), when you use our website, platform, and other online products and services that link to this policy (collectively, the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us. As used in this Privacy Policy, “personal information” means any information that can be used to individually identify a person or household, and may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, mobile telephone number,  and other information reasonably linkable to an individual or household with or without other identifying information in our possession. Personal information also includes information relating to a person’s professional background, and may include education, training, employment history, and certifications. The decision to provide this information is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, you may not be able to use certain features of the Services. 

With your permission, which you may withdraw at any time, we will collect your contact lists and/or address book data. This allows us to connect users of the Service and place them in appropriate user groups. As such, we may indicate who of your connections are also users of the Service, and likewise, we may indicate to your connections the same regarding you. This feature allows you to connect with other users of the Service and may allow other users of the Service to communicate directly with each other. In order to do this, and to make sure we give users the most up-to-date information, we will periodically check for updates to your contact lists and/or address book data.

If you provide your third-party account credentials to us via a single-sign-on integration or otherwise sign in to the Services through a third-party site or service, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts (“Third Party Account Information”) may be transmitted into your account with us if you authorize such transmissions, and that Third Party Account Information transmitted to our Services is covered by this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to protected health information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), its rules, or other privacy law applicable to your relationship with your healthcare provider (“Provider”). Any collected information that constitutes PHI is governed by, and will be used and disclosed solely as permitted under, the business associate agreement or services agreement between QliqSOFT and your Provider, as required by law, to safeguard PHI. For more information about the privacy of your PHI, please contact your Provider or refer to their Notice of Privacy Practices. To the extent that we receive PHI about you, that information is subject to electronic disclosure to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may aggregate or de-identify information for various purposes, including to improve our products and Services. Aggregated or de-identified information cannot be reasonably used to identify you and is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Updates may be made to this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will inform you by revising the date at the bottom of this policy. In some cases we may provide you with additional notice. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.

Collection of Information

QliqSOFT’s Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen, and QliqSOFT does not intentionally collect personal information of individuals under the age of eighteen. QliqSOFT is committed to protecting the security of your information. We employ what we believe are industry-best security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Regardless of efforts, no data transmission over the Internet or other network, including any of QliqSOFT’s services, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit on or through the Services, and any information you transmit is sent at your own risk.

Retention of Your Personal Information

QliqSOFT will retain information about you only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or as long as we have a legitimate business need for it. If you no longer want QliqSOFT to use information about you to provide the Services to you, you may cancel your account. QliqSOFT will retain and use such information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We also retain log files for internal analysis purposes. These log files are generally retained for a limited period of time, except in cases where they are used for the safety and security of the Services, to improve functionality of the Services, or we are legally obligated to retain them for longer periods of time.

How We Respond to “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers have “Do Not Track” or similar features that allow you to tell each website you visit that you do not want your activities on that website tracked. QliqSOFT’s website does not honor these signals once they have been implemented on your browser. To implement out-opt preferences on a browser level, you can implement browser extensions. Your activity outside of QliqSOFTs website, such as on our partners’ websites or within the QliqSOFT platform, may be tracked in accordance with this Privacy Policy even if your browser’s “Do Not Track” feature is activated. 

Use From Outside the United States

If you are using our Services from a country outside of the United States, we will collect, store, and process your personal information in the United States or other countries in the world where we or are service providers operate. Any such transfers will comply with safeguards as required by relevant law. The privacy laws that apply to us may be different from and not as comprehensive or protective as those in the country where you are. Notice to California residents

This notice is for residents of the state of California regarding state-specific privacy rights and responsibilities. For residents of California, this section supersedes any other possibly divergent or conflicting aspects of this Privacy Policy. This part of the document uses the term “personal information” as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Information that can be defined as “health information” per the Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA) is excluded from this Privacy Policy as it is governed in a similar manner as PHI.


You can request what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and sold in the preceding 12 months.  You can also request that we delete your personal information. We may not delete all of your personal information if one of the following exceptions applies:

  • Transactional: to complete a transaction for which the personal information was collected, provide a good or service requested by you, or perform a contract we have with you;
  • Security: to detect data security incidents;
  • Error Correction: to debug or repair any errors;
  • Legal: to protect against fraud or illegal activity or to comply with applicable law or a legal obligation, or exercise rights under the law, such as the right to free speech; or
  • Internal Use: to use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information (i.e. to improve our services).

Under the CCPA, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. However, we do not sell your personal information and therefore do not provide any mechanism for you to exercise the right to opt-out.

The right to nondiscrimination. 

You have the right to nondiscrimination for exercising your privacy rights, and QliqSOFT will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.


California residents may request what personal information we have collected or request us to erase that personal information not more than twice in a 12-month period.  In order to verify your identity, QliqSOFT will need to collect information about you, including your name, telephone number, and email address.  Any additional information you provide will be used only to verify your identity and not for any other purpose.  In order to designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf, you must provide the authorized agent with written permission to do so, and your authorized agent must submit that written proof at the time they make the request on your behalf.
