Welcome to QliqSOFT!  This page contains a wealth of useful information and resources as you learn your new solutions and how we can support you.

The Learning Center is your go-to place for user guides, short instructional videos (for admins and end users), and live administrator training on QliqSOFT solutions. Access our Learning Center from the Resources page on the QliqSOFT webpage and sign up for live administrator training.

Customer Support

Our support team is here to help Monday-Fridays 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST & weekends 9:30 AM-5:00 PM CST.  You can reach them by emailing support@QliqSOFT.com or calling 866-295-0451 and pressing option 2.

Critical issues such as user lockouts and forgotten passwords will be addressed promptly by our after-hours, weekend, and holiday support associates who are on call during those times. Certain reported issues may need to await resolution during regular business hours. End users and clients are encouraged to email during after-hours support times; these tickets will be attended to on the following business day. In cases of major issues like server downtime or login failures, emergency scenarios will be addressed immediately.

If you are using the QliqCHAT secure texting solution and experience a technical issue, we encourage you to submit a ticket by clicking on your profile image, followed by settings, support, then report error. Be sure to check “include database” so our team can more quickly address your issue.

QliqSTOR Archive

We recommend you have an instance of QliqSTOR. QliqSTOR is the message archival application for Qliq Secure Texting. All the Qliq messages exchanged by members in the same group will be archived in QliqSTOR. All message attachments and delivery status data are archived as well.  

QliqSTOR allows the group admin to easily search for messages in the archive as part of e-discovery and compliance purposes. Use this guide to install and to manage your QliqSTOR instance.
