What's New

Chat Widgets

• Changed verbiage for DOB authentication on the patient side:

“Please provide the patient's date of birth.”

Virtual Visits

• Added an indicator for time elapsed during a Video Call. This timer will be visible to all participants of the Video Call and will depict the time that has elapsed since the second participant joined the call.

Chatbots

• Added seconds to breakpoints duration unit: Chatbot breakpoints will support 10 seconds or more to pause the chatbot script

Improvements

• Improved DOB patient authentication to ensure that the number of attempts allowed for a patient to authenticate themselves is followed as configured in the Chat Widget and that the patient is unable to bypass the authentication.

1. HL7 Integration: Admins will have the ability to configure the required credentials to integrate with eClinicalWorks EHR to receive patient demographics from eClinicalWorks via an HL7 message
2. RPA(Robotic Process Automation) Integration: Admins will have the ability to configure required credentials to integrate with eClinicalWorks EHR via RPA for QliqSOFT to automatically upload a patient-submitted QliqSOFT’s quick form to the eClinicalWorks patient’s relevant folder and mark the document as reviewed.

• Added a Markdown field to Quick Forms - users will be able to add markdown text to the text field, which will be presented to the patient with the respective formatting. The markdown field will be read-only on the patient side
• Support embedded Custom Attributes in the Markdown field in Quick Forms - users can add custom attributes to the markdown text field using mustache brackets {{patient. attributeName}}, similar to chatbot messages

What's New

• Validate Visitor and convert to Patient: a visitor can now be validated against the existing patients in the database. The visitor can start a conversation using a conversation link or a QR code, and enter their phone or email address. The chatbot validator will look for a patient with the patient exactly matching the given phone or email, and the visitor will be converted to that existing patient instead of a new patient
