What's New
- Swipe on the Conversation List view to “archive” or “star” a conversation. Enabled a gesture mode that mobile users are used to. Just swipe left on any chat in the conversation list to get to archiving one or many and “star” ing conversations faster.
- Two-column view for tablets. A new design was implemented that changes based on a user’s device. Tablet users can now access even more features on a single screen.
- Urgent messages. Added a new separate section for urgent messages that navigates users directly to those in chats. No chance to miss important messages anymore.
- Simplified group chat creation flow. After receiving feedback from our customers we simplified the new group chat creation process by reducing the number of steps. Select who you’d like to chat with and send the first message right away.
Improvements
- Messages are delivered too slow in the Org. group conversation. Optimized and refactored the code so the users can send and receive messages much faster.
Bug Fixes
- Two notifications for each messages on Android/ when the App is deleted and downloaded again
- When the app is idle for very long, occasional issue with missing new message notifications until the user opens the app again
- Re-enabled user shows as qliq-id in conversation screen until contact sync
- Flickering Message Screen
- Annoying Copy-Paste warning message is removed

- First time login will load 7 days of historical messages (same scenario of installing QliqCONNECT on a new device)
- Users will need to download QliqCHAT from the App Stores. It is not an App Update. QliqConnect Mobile apps will no longer be supported and will be removed from App Stores after 6 months.
